We aim to provide a great service for our tenants; as such we are voluntary members of the Tenancy Redress Service (www.tenancyredress.com), as well as members of the Residential Landlords Association, a body committed to improving standards within the industry.
As a result of our good practice and service standards, our average tenancy length is over 4 years.
We will:
• Complete emergency repairs within 24 hours and routine repairs within 30 days;
• Prioritise repairs for vulnerable residents to ensure that we take into account any specific needs or requirements that they may have;
• Offer and agree an appointment time with you for all non-emergency repairs. If you give us permission it is often more convenient for you to allow our trusted and vetted maintenance team to access the property when you are at work;
• Aim to get it right first time and complete repairs at the earliest visit;
• When required, keep you informed about the progress of your repair;
• Carry out annual safety inspections; and
• Inform you whether you are responsible for paying the cost of a repair at the time you report the repair (if known at the time of reporting).
