Our repairs service carries out hundreds of repairs every year; however, not all repairs are our responsibility. Please check your tenancy agreement for items that are the tenant's responsibility; you will be charged if we undertake repairs that fall within those. Typically these include light bulbs; blocked pipes to sinks, baths and toilets; pest infestations such as ants, wasps, mice or fleas and remedying condensation caused by you.
Before reporting a repair please always check your Home User Manual in the first instance as this will give you plenty of information on how to correctly operate and troubleshoot the heating system and appliances, as well as information about the property, rubbish collections, preventing and dealing with condensation, etc. If you can’t find your copy of your Home User Manual please email
